  The worse Doctor that has ever had the nerve to show his face in Wytheville. My mother was a patient of his for several years, she missed a few appointment due to 3 deaths in our family in 2 week time span. This office sent her a letter stating she need to find another Dr. She looked for one who specialized in her care, and none would take her because of being on medicaid. This passed week we buried our mother at the age of 46 due to a D.V.T and also P.E. She didn't make it to the emergancy room in time and passed away inside of a cab. I know alot of people out there has respect for this man, but me and my family will not keep this quiet. Dr. Tomiak should have given her the chance she ask for. The autopsy report shows she had blood clots from her ankles to her heart, where they found a large saddle clot that stopped all blood flow but a trickle to her heart. When the clot did hit it it stopped it dead on the spot. So Dr Tomiak, I sure hope you and your snobby nurse sleeps well at night knowing you had a hand in killing a fine person with a family that loves her and now will forever miss her.
